When you engage with Pixelaura Studio (via online forms, direct email, WhatsApp, or production agreements), we collect specific information required to provide our 4K video production, editing, and digital media services:
- •Contact & Corporate Identity: Full name, official business/brand name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, billing address, and project brief requirements.
- •Client Media & Production Assets: Raw 4K/HD video footage, audio stems, voiceover files, brand logos, typography kits, scripts, and storyboard references provided for editing.
- •Technical & Site Interaction Data: IP address, device model, screen resolution, browser version, operating system, and anonymous analytics regarding website performance.
- •Payment & Billing Records: Invoices, transaction reference IDs, GST details, and milestone receipt confirmations. Payment card numbers are processed exclusively by verified third-party banking gateways and are never stored on our local servers.
